A BEAUTIFUL SUNSET

Hi lovelies! Today I wanted to share with you some pictures that I took in Fuerteventura a few months ago. My boyfriend loves surfing so we were looking for the perfect surfing spot and we were told to go to Cotillo. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting such a nice beach. I have had the opportunity to live in California (San Diego) and Cotillo reminded me so much of it: giant cliffs, majestic waves and gorgeous sunsets.

There is just something so relaxing and fascinating about sunsets. I just love capturing the sky acquiring different tonalities as the sun disappears behind the horizon. My boyfriend didn’t end up surfing but we lived the most special moment of our visit to the island.

I hope you like the pictures and if you are from Europe (or Spain) do not forget that sometimes we do not need to travel far away to get California-like sceneries! (Please do not judge my outfit; I was wearing my boyfriend’s sweater underneath my jacket as it got quite chilly).

¡Hola a todos! Hoy quería compartir con vosotros unas fotos que hice en Fuerteventura hace unos meses. A mi novio le encanta surfear y al preguntar por el mejor sitio para hacerlo en la isla todo el mundo nos recomendaba ir a Cotillo. Sinceramente, en ningún momento me esperé una playa y un entorno tan bonitos. He tenido la oportunidad de vivir en California (San Diego) y Cotillo me recordó muchísimo a los paisajes californianos con grandes peñascos, olas majestuosas y puestas de sol espectaculares.

Las puestas de sol son increíblemente relajantes y me encanta fotografiar el cielo adquiriendo distintas tonalidades mientras el sol desaparece detrás del horizonte. Mi novio acabó por no hacer surf pero vivimos probablemente el momento más especial de todo nuestro viaje a la isla.

Espero que os gusten las fotos y no os olvidéis que muchas veces no hace falta irse muy lejos para disfrutar de paisajes absolutamente dignos de California. (No juzguéis demasiado mi look, me tuve que poner el jersey de mi novio bajo la chaqueta porque hacía bastante frío).
